How long have you been at Star-Tastic/Powerhouse?  I trained at Star-Tastic Gymnastics from 2014 to 2020, and started back coaching in 2015 and in the last few years I have been coaching Parkour as well. 

What do you like about your role?  I love coaching ! It is a pleasure to watch gymnasts develop in physical strength and skill as well as their confidence and personality. It is so rewarding when a child achieves a skill that I have helped them with overtime.

What do you like about Powerhouse ?I love the coaches, they are all so supportive and fun being coached by and working with. Watching and working alongside them has allowed me to learn new methods of coaching, supports and techniques, helping me to become a better coach.
